7 Prohibited Activities & Account Closure

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the winway platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and legal action where necessary:

• Use of automated software (bots), scripts, or third-party tools to automate betting.
• Any attempt to exploit bugs or system vulnerabilities on the platform.
• Identity fraud — registering using another person's name, ID, or personal information.
• Opening more than one account (multi-accounting) for the purpose of obtaining multiple bonuses.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any unlawful financial activity.
• Threats, harassment, or attempts to defraud the support team or other players.
• Sharing account information with others or selling your account to a third party.

Winway reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of violating any of the above rules. During an investigation, the account in question may be temporarily suspended. If a violation is confirmed, all funds in the account may be forfeited depending on the severity of the breach.

8 Intellectual Property & Platform Content

All content on the winway platform, including but not limited to logos, interface design, graphics, text, software, and databases, is the exclusive property of winway and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any winway content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
• Using the winway brand name or logo in any context without authorisation is strictly prohibited.
• Any content uploaded by users to the platform (where applicable) grants winway a limited licence to use that content for platform operation purposes.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, winway is not liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred from betting activity on our platform — betting carries risk, and the decision to play is entirely yours.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as internet outages, third-party server issues, or natural disasters.
• Losses arising from the use of inaccurate information provided by the user during registration.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

In any case, winway's maximum total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount of the user's last deposit made within the 30 days preceding the claim.
